NATURALLY, IT'S A PRIVATE SCHOOL!
Footnote to my lament about how hard it is to get public school English departments to "get it" about the difference between schlock and good books: take a look at the summer reading selections by Omaha's Duchesne Academy. Wow! I love it! Wish more high schools would get kids hooked on books like these:
