OPS AND CLASS 1 COUNTRY SCHOOLS: TEN PRINCIPLES OF SCHOOL CHOICE Take a look at this excellent booklet from the Heartland Institute, "Ten Principles of School Choice." Pass it around. School choice is by far the best answer to our current pressing problems in K-12 education -- what's to be done about the lousy results from the untold millions we've poured into inner-city Omaha Public Schools, and what's to be done to preserve the heritage and effectiveness of Nebraska's remaining Class I country grade schools. The answer to both: school choice. www.heartland.org/pdf/16856.pdf
